Rental cost per 7 day week - Saturday to Saturday:

Spring 27^th March to 2^nd July 2010 - £865 per week
Summer 3^rd July to 3^rd September 2010 - £1295 per week
Late Summer 4^th September to 23^rd October 2010 - £865 per week
Winter (20010/11) 24^th October to 25^th March 2011 - £735 per week
Spring 26^th March to 1^st July 2011 - £925 per week
Summer 2^nd July to 2^nd September 2011 - £1395 per week
Late Summer 3^rd September to 22^nd October 2011 - £925 per week

Prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, all linen, cleaning and pool maintenance. A telephone or telephone point is available by arrangement at cost.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the rental period.
A £250 refundable security deposit is required.
